Jess Krysiak

Jess has spent the past decade working with both children and adults, gaining wide‑ranging experience across educational and care settings. She has supported SEN learners in schools, adapting calmly and confidently to each individual’s needs and creating environments where students feel understood, safe and able to participate fully.
After completing her NVQ in Health and Social Care, Jess went on to specialise in community‑based support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. She also worked within residential homes for both young adults and the elderly, developing a deep appreciation for compassionate, person‑centred care.
Jess joined Ballyhoo Stage Arts in 2022 and now works across both schools, where she plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our students. She brings patience, empathy and a calm, reassuring presence to every session, helping children feel grounded, confident and ready to participate. As a wellbeing leader, Jess focuses on creating environments where students can express themselves safely, regulate their emotions and build positive relationships. Her nurturing approach ensures that every child — regardless of need or background — feels genuinely seen, supported and included.
Alongside her professional work, Jess is a mother to a young daughter and is currently training to become a first aid trainer — further strengthening her commitment to supporting others with care and confidence.
